DNP Land Sdn Bhd has performed their corporate social responsibility by assisting the Penang State Government to refurbish 5 unoccupied units at Block J, Rifle Range Flats. I think this is a noble move and I urge other developers to follow their steps as there are over 100 unoccupied and dilapidated unit at Rifle Range Flats.
The State Government will rent out the unit to the hardcore poor.
